The Opportunity Our path into Sales Management is built to identify and develop exceptional sales talent who not only excel in sales but also embody our mission, vision, and values. As part of this journey, you'll gain access to our targeted email outreach program, which allows you to strategically engage prospects and track responses. This tool will be an asset in helping you manage and grow your sales pipeline, giving you an edge as you transition from top performer to respected leader. Over 3-6 months, you'll transition from outstanding individual contributor to respected team leader, preparing for a full-time Insurance Sales Manager role. Phase 1: Leadership Criteria for Consideration During the first three months, you'll be evaluated based on key leadership attributes to ensure you're ready for the challenge of management. The criteria include: * Show consistent alignment with our core values in every interaction, embodying the purpose and goals of our company. * Build strong, authentic relationships within the team, gaining respect and trust by contributing positively to team dynamics. * Demonstrate mastery of our sales process, following it rigorously to set a standard for the team. * Engage fully in all team activities, meetings, and communication, showing a strong commitment to team success. * Sell with integrity, setting realistic client expectations to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust. * Achieve and maintain a spot in the top 10% of producers, meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks for three consecutive months. * Complete tailored reading assignments to strengthen your personal growth and leadership development. Phase 2: Insurance Sales Manager in Training (SMIT) Transition Upon meeting the leadership criteria, you'll embark on a three-month SMIT transition, gaining practical leadership experience and preparing for full- time management responsibilities. This includes: * Month 4: Start with shadowing our current sales leader to understand daily leadership tasks. You'll also complete Modules 1-4 of our SMIT Course, focused on foundational leadership and management concepts. * Month 5: Take on co-management responsibilities, collaborating with the current leader on team management and performance tracking. Complete Modules 5-8 of our SMIT Course, honing your skills in team dynamics and performance metrics. * Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role, with ongoing support and oversight from our sales leader. You'll finalize your training with Modules 9-12, covering advanced strategies and full leadership responsibilities. The Result Upon completing the SMIT process, you'll be equipped to take on the full-time Insurance Sales Manager role, ready to lead and inspire a team to reach new heights.
