Grow Your Own Portfolio: This position is meant for someone who intends to grow their own business and bring on their own clients/properties to manage. MoveZen will provide a handful of properties (approximately 5-10) to get you started, but MoveZen will not be able to provide a full portfolio of properties equal to a full 40 hour work week. There will be opportunities for our highest performers to potentially receive new properties from us over time, but you would want to plan on growing your portfolio on your end, with your leads! 2.) No Leads Provided: MoveZen will not provide you with leads - you would need to source your own leads through your professional networks to grow your portfolio. We will however provide you with marketing materials and guidance to support your efforts! 3.) Independent Contractor Role: This is a 1099 commission based position that is based on number of properties managed. The commission split for you will be higher if you onboard leads/properties yourself, and lower if properties are provided to you by MoveZen leads. Curious about earnings? Our customers expect prompt attention, communication, and swift action on resolving issues. We are looking for someone who is invested in customer service and treating each property as their own home. This position is not the right fit for someone who only wants to check in a few times a week. This position would require daily attention during the normal business work week. 5.) Licensing Requirements: This position requires a valid broker license in North Carolina, that is not on provisional status. We have no issues with dual affiliation if your current sales BIC is amenable - please check with them first! An SC real estate license is a plus, but keep in mind that SC does not allow dual affiliation!
