We are seeking a motivated Outside Rental Sales Representative to expand our reach, build relationships, and drive equipment sales in the field. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on face-to-face interactions and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for construction focused equipment experience that team members can bring to the table. Key Responsibilities: * Renting Short & Long Term Rental Equipment: Actively engage in making sales calls, both in person and by phone, to promote our rental services. Provide customers with detailed information about our products, including usage, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in locating the appropriate equipment for their specific job requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service to cultivate long-lasting business relationships. * Establishing New Rental Customers: Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base and grow rental revenue. Assist potential customers with the Credit Application process to establish new rental accounts. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales in the equipment rental industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Familiarity with rental equipment and its various applications is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license and willingness to work in the field 4 to 5 days a week. Compensation: * Competitive base salary with experience. * Commission structure based on individual performance and rental sales volume.
