Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative specializing in Dental Office Partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with dental practices, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our referral network within the dental community. The successful candidate resides or is in close promity to Riverside or San Bernadino County. Duties * Nurture and grow referrals from exisiting dental office partners. * Identify and target potential new dental office partners through market research, outbound calling, and office visits. * Educate dental professionals on our service offerings to promote partnership opportunities. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. * Present our services effectively, highlighting the benefits of collaboration to dental practice decision-makers. * Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility within the dental community. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close B2B sales deals. * Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales, preferably within healthcare or medical sectors. * Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. * Demonstrated expertise in business development, outbound calling, and customer service. * Knowledge of dental terminology and marketing strategies relevant to healthcare or medical services is a plus. * Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach in a fast-paced environment.
