The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in automotive or retail environments. Duties * Build rapport with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. * Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. * Utilize public speaking skills during presentations to groups or individuals. * Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Excellent public speaking abilities for effective customer engagement. * Proficient in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling. * Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service excellence. * Ability to market vehicles effectively and understand customer demographics. * Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
