Insurance Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and are driven by results, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: * Make 80+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate leads and build your pipeline. * Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments with leads. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Explain policy options clearly and assist clients with applications. Qualifications: * Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance sales preferred but not required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively. * Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily. * State insurance license: Property& Casualty and Life & Health (insurance license preferred but not required).
