Braman BMW, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, has immediate openings for experienced Client Advisors to join their sales team of professionals for both our New Car Sales and Pre-Owned Sales Departments! The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in highline automotive sales, have integrity, a positive attitude, a proven track record, and the desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. Candidate must be able to establish long-term relationships with our customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, safety, and benefits to prospects. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
