Working Conditions * Full-Time Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, with the flexibility of occasional overtime during peak seasons. * Dynamic Work Environment : Spend 75% of your time indoors planning and designing, and 25% visiting clients' properties to measure and monitor projects firsthand. Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement : Be the primary contact for clients, showcasing your knowledge and genuine concern for their landscape dreams. * Collaborative Design : Work closely with our CEO and office manager to drive the design process from a sales perspective. * Leadership : Initiate and lead weekly review meetings with the company's President to ensure alignment and excellence in service. * Estimate Coordination : Work with the Installation Manager and administration to provide precise estimates, helping clients visualize their projects. What We 're Looking For * Dependability : Arrive on time, prepared and ready to contribute each day. * Motivation : A strong desire to learn and tackle new challenges. * Knowledge : Familiarity with local plant species and landscape construction techniques is essential. * Communication : Effective interpersonal skills to engage with clients, managers, and team members seamlessly. Qualifications * High School diploma or GED is a must; a Bachelor's in a design-related field is a plus. * A minimum of 4 years in a detail-oriented landscape position with proven leadership experience. * Exceptional customer service skills that create memorable client experiences. Technical Skills * Proficiency in garden installation and maintenance, and familiarity with tools like CAD, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
