Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. * Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. * Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed attractively and accurately represented. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential buyers. * Build rapport with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up strategies. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management. * Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable insights. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in additional languages enhances communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies is advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. * A valid driver's license is required for test drives and customer interactions.
