NOW HIRING- BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER $100,000/year BASE SALARY + COMMISSION & BONUS Earn $120,200 to $180,400+/year (based on experience & skill) Business Casual Dress Code! You will help set up the new store, and bring in new hires to create a wonderful new team! Bilingual Sales Manager Responsibilities & Expectations: * Recruit, Train, Coach, and Motivate new sales reps to meet and exceed sales targets * Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill straining focused on subprime sales practices * Hold sales staff accountable to lead management, follow-up expectations, and dealership processes * Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and helpful buying experience * Assist with difficult negotiations, objections, or escalated concerns * Promote ethical sales practices and adherence to compliance standards * Oversee daily sales workflow, lead distribution, CRM usage, and follow-up sequences * Maintain an organized and efficient sales floor environment * Monitor gross profit, front-end/back-end performance, and overall sales department profitability. * Ensure compliance with federal and state laws * Provide input on inventory selection with a focus on subprime-friendly vehicles.
