As an Insurance Agent, you will engage in outside sales activities and contribute to our marketing efforts to expand our client base. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales strategies. * Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up on leads. * Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their coverage options. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote our services. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Retail sales experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer needs and preferences. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Proficient analytical skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. * Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention is beneficial. * A background in customer service is essential for fostering positive client relationships.
