Responsibilities * Engage with customers/clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable cannabis products, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements * Educate customers on product effects, usage, and safety guidelines to promote responsible consumption * Assist in the preparation and packaging of cannabis products, adhering strictly to safety protocols and quality standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales and production areas to ensure a safe working environment * Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and documenting product movements * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive, energetic store atmosphere Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently * Proven sales experience with a proactive approach to engaging customers and closing sales * Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations * Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy during production tasks * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure compliance documentation is complete * Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and team spirit Join us in shaping the future of cannabis!
