Full description of the position
Position Purpose: * To promote CSL Behring's products as defined by the company to HCPs in allocated clinics within the territory. * To deliver medical, financial and share goals of the business * To increase awareness towards the selected disease areas and the identification rates of the relevant diseases in defined geographical areas Reporting Relationships: Role this position reports to: National Sales Manager Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1-Responsible for achieving CSL Behring sales targets and effective management of defined regional accounts 2-Closely coordinates with National Sales Manager and Commercial Operation departments and serves as the primary interface between customers in the region and the company. 3-The position has responsibility for: * Identifying and visiting the hospitals & treating centers to find the patients with relevant diseases. * Raising awareness and interest for the related diseases in order to motivate patient screening in the visited centers. * Promoting the products during daily visits and at medical events * Developing and managing the relations with the Key Opinion Leaders in the territory. * Initiating and organizing medical training activities to increase knowledge levels on the diseases and products. * Providing support for the activities like clinical trials, patient surveys. etc. * Periodical review of progress against objectives and strategic plan. * Managing tender administration (bidding process, fulfilment) in close collaboration with the responsible functions (National Sales) * Evaluation of customer needs and facilitation of issues between the customer and other departments within CSL Behring * Creating, implementing and updating a CRM based visit plan to main customers as well as a detailed reporting of customer contacts, visits and meetings via Veeva Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in life sciences, MD is a plus * Turkish - native, English - a plus * A min of 2-5 years RAM experience in innovative pharmaceutical or biotech pharmaceutical companies preferably in Biotech & Rare Disease area * additional Comments: Travel within the region (60% of time) This Position will work Izmir Region About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
