LNY Wig Boutique, the Southeast's premier full-service wig shop, is seeking a sales associate / customer service associate. We mainly serve the cancer, alopecia, trans, and hair loss community as a whole. We are seeking one highly experienced sales professional to join our team. One that understands that better sales are obtained through even better customer service. A minimum of 15 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, honest, articulate, and subtly aggressive yet compassionate. Above average communication and listening skills are a must This is an hourly plus commission position with a full first-year earning potential of over 60k. We work each Saturday until approximately 5 pm. Our workweek is Tuesday through Saturday. We strive to deliver to our guests the best customer service experience possible, and nothing less is acceptable. We do not just sell wigs; we change lives! Hair, beauty, or wig industry experience is not necessary but is helpful. Training will be provided Job Type: Full-time Pay is hourly plus commission. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using retail math skills. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers, utilizing bilingual or multilingual skills when necessary. * Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Qualifications * A minimum of 15 years of sales and/or customer service is required for this position. * Proven experience in retail sales and customer service * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus * Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively * Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to enhance customer experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * West Palm Beach, FL 33407 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * West Palm Beach, FL 33407: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
