Candidates must be able to research and qualify accounts, develop relationships with key decision makers, analyze their needs, and provide solutions for current and future needs. 3+ years of industrial/environmental services business development experience a MUST. Self direction and motivation are key, as this job requires a lot of cold-calling, travel, and client entertainment. We offer a competitive base salary with commission and an excellent benefits package including Health, Life, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, etc. Position also includes company vehicle, fuel card, expense account, company laptop, and company phone. Key Responsibilities Include: * Providing sales leadership, while developing new and existing client sales * Meeting sales objectives, maintaining sales plans and updating sales forecast and pipeline * Generating leads, coordinating meetings and proposals, and conducting follow up to meet key sales targets * Managing client relations to ensure complete satisfaction * Attending trade shows and other networking opportunities Desired Skills & Experience * Results driven and highly energetic * Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills * Initiative and self motivated for business development and client service * Highly effective written and verbal communication * Intermediate Word, Excel and SalesForce software experience, with the ability to use independently * Highly organized * Critical thinking ability
