We equip you with all the tools for success, including a company truck, truck stock, tablet, training, and specialty equipment (please note: you'll be responsible for providing your own hand/standard power tools). Our primary objective is customer satisfaction, and we expect all work to be executed thoroughly and with the utmost cleanliness. Minimum Qualifications: * 2 years of experience as a technician in residential service plumbing is REQUIRED. * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common residential and commercial plumbing issues, including conventional water heaters, tankless heaters, sewer lines, water lines, toilets, faucets, shower valves, stopped drains, and more. * Ability to speak with customers: explaining the issue in an educational and professional manner; providing solutions to meet their needs and budget; answering any questions they have; and gaining their confidence in you and Superior. * Valid driver's license with a good driving record (subject to pre-hire check). * Ability to pass a background check & drug test.
