Sales Representative (Automotive/Tire) Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina Pay Rate: $28/hr plus bonus based on performance Global leader in the tire industry is in need of a Sales Representative to join the team! This individual will work closely with OEMs and dealership networks. Duties: * Promote and sell tire incentive programs to OEM dealership groups and dealer principals * Visit dealerships regularly to build strong relationships, deliver training, and support program execution * Drive dealer activation through onboarding, follow-ups, and hands-on problem resolution * Deploy marketing tools and materials to support dealer participation * Track and report key performance metrics, including dealer activations, time-to-first-spec, and conversion rates * Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize dealer engagement strategies * Collect competitive intelligence on tire programs, pricing, and dealer behavior * Ensure compliance with all incentive program guidelines and reporting standards Requirements: * 2+ years in automotive sales, dealer services or incentive program management * Understanding of dealership sales processes * Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time Zing Recruiting, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of 'linking' communities through employment.
