Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated, ambitious Sales Individual to join our team on a commission only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accounts,and closing sales across many channels of distribution, which includes retailers, hospitality industry, oem manufacturing , photo industry, home decor , and others. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new sales opportunities. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client need * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction * Upsell additional products or services to maximize account value * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Skills * Selling experience helpful but not necessary. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts desirable * Develop negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Learn to deliver compelling product demos and presentations * Skilled in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities * Knowledge of marketing principles and sales experience is a plus This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career in a flexible environment that rewards performance through commission- based earnings.
