Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated, ambitious Sales Individual to join our team on a commission only basis. This role offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, business development, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accounts,and closing sales across many channels of distribution, which includes retailers, hospitality industry, oem manufacturing , photo industry, home decor , and others. Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client need
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize account value
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Skills
• Selling experience helpful but not necessary.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts desirable
• Develop negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Learn to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
• Skilled in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Knowledge of marketing principles and sales experience is a plus This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career in a flexible environment that rewards performance through commission- based earnings. Pay: $100.00 - $200,000.00 per year
