Roofing Sales Representative --Damage Inspector (No Experience)--Atlanta & Surrounding Areas Company: B&A Roofing, LLC Growing, Established Roofing Company (AL, MS & TN) Opening Atlanta Office Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Not Remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Pay: From $100,000.00+ per year (Uncapped Commission) About B &A Roofing B&A Roofing is a fast-growing, established roofing and storm restoration company operating across Alabama and Mississippi, now expanding into Georgia with the launch of our new Atlanta office. Our company has doubled revenue year over year, surpassing $12 million in restoration and insurance-related construction, with projections to reach $30 million in the near term. We are now hiring 3 -5 Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representatives (No Experience Required) to build our Georgia division. Position Summary As a Roofing Sales Representative--Damage Inspector (Entry Level), you will be trained to inspect homes for storm damage, guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process, generate and manage roofing leads, close contracts, and oversee projects from inspection through completion. No prior roofing or sales experience is required. We provide structured storm restoration training and hands-on field support so you can become fully proficient quickly. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a high-income career, long-term growth, and advancement into Sales Manager and leadership roles. Commission & Earnings (High-Income Opportunity).
