Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range:$58,998 - $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses) Generator Giantz is a generator-focused company with over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial standby generator sector. We specialize exclusively in generator solutions and are expanding our sales team to meet growing demand across South Florida. This role is for an experienced sales professional who can manage company- provided inbound leads as well as clients they bring in independently. Generator sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidates from residential service industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, home improvement) with proven closing ability will also be considered and trained to adapt quickly to the generator sector. Responsibilities * Close company-provided inbound generator leads Generate and close outside sales from personal networks Conduct in-home and on-site assessments Present proposals and close residential projects Maintain accurate sales and client records Qualifications * Generator sales experience preferred (Generac or similar) * Strong residential service sales background considered * Proven ability to close high-value residential projects * Self-motivated and performance-driven * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation * Consideration given to candidates with strong sales backgrounds in: * Generac products, EV Systems,Solar system, and Roofing systems. * Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills * Organized, and capable of managing leads independently Compensation & Growth opportunities This role is built for individuals who want earning potential and growth, not a capped sales position. * Competitive base salary Commission on closed sales * Bonus incentives tied to conversion and revenue * Additional percentage earnings on outside leads * Long-term growth into senior sales or leadership roles Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $58,998.06 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: On the road
