Inside Sales Producer Melissa Andrews Allstate Agency - Colorado Springs, CO Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office About the Agency The Melissa Andrews Allstate Agency is a top-performing, growth-focused agency serving nearly 7,000 households. We run a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales operation with clear expectations, strong support systems, and real earning potential for motivated producers. We are seeking an Inside Sales Producer who thrives on outbound activity, follow-up, and closing business over the phone. What You 'll Do As an Inside Sales Producer, your primary responsibility is producing new business and additional lines, including:

• Making outbound calls on agency leads, referrals, and callouts
• Quoting and selling auto, home, renters, condo, and specialty products
• Proactively cross-selling umbrellas, toys, and additional policies
• Following up aggressively on quotes and pending opportunities
• Hitting monthly production targets (items, quotes, conversion)
• Documenting activity accurately in agency systems
• Working closely with service and leadership to drive retention and growth What We 're Looking For
• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (required)
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and confidence closing over the phone
• High activity level and comfort with outbound dialing
• Ability to work in a goal-driven, accountable environment
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
