Inside Sales Producer Melissa Andrews Allstate Agency - Colorado Springs, CO Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office About the Agency The Melissa Andrews Allstate Agency is a top-performing, growth-focused agency serving nearly 7,000 households. We run a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales operation with clear expectations, strong support systems, and real earning potential for motivated producers. We are seeking an Inside Sales Producer who thrives on outbound activity, follow-up, and closing business over the phone.
