NW Industrial Staffing is seeking a Sales Manager for one of the largest cabinet and fixture manufacturers in the Northwest. In this opportunity, candidates with a broad knowledge base for construction in multifamily housing and a network of businesses that invest in housing projects are likely to be interviewed. This is a direct hire opportunity for a great leader to motivate and take a committed team to the next level. What we are seeking:

• 2+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years in construction sales
• Previous experience managing relationships with customers, construction companies, architects, and engineers to bid on new projects, manage expectations, and fulfill the needs of all parties.
• Great organizational skills for maintaining inner and outer office communications about multiple projects at once.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team, including designers and project coordinators.
• Strong understanding of all phases of construction and timelines.
• Previous experience reading blueprints and project schematics.
• Can travel with salespeople when needed and take part in marketing campaigns and trade shows.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and digital.
• Good understanding of CRM software and how it operates.
• Have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to get the job done and demonstrate work ethic, attendance, and punctuality. JOB DETAILS Location: Eugene, OR Shift: Days Wage: $60k to $80k per year eligible for Bonus Program after 1 Year.
