Position: MCA Sales Broker Location: West Palm Beach, Florida Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a high-performing financial services firm specializing in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) products. Based in West Palm Beach, the office is home to a competitive, energetic team of professionals who are committed to success. Key Responsibilities: * Originate and manage Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals * Learn and apply sales rebuttals and proven pitching techniques * Engage prospective clients over the phone with professionalism and persistence * Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships * Maintain performance metrics in a high-volume sales environment * Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine skills Requirements: * Strong phone presence with a confident, articulate voice - Experience being a closer HIGHLY PREFERRED. * Driven, coachable, and hungry for success * No prior sales experience required--just ambition and life goals * Willingness to learn and be mentored by industry experts Compensation & Growth: * Weekly base draw of $300 * Commission at 25% of the deal payout or base, whichever is higher * Fast-paced growth potential based on performance * Mentorship and development from experienced sales leaders * Work in a high-energy, results-driven office culture Join a Team That Values You This is more than just a job--it's a launchpad for motivated individuals who want to grow personally and professionally.
