The ideal candidate will be able to consistently deliver top tier customer service to our clientele while providing accurate and up to date information on our inventory, sales process, and purchase options. Key Points: - Agressive commission structure. - BDC provides appointments. - Large and varied pre-owned inventory. - Young and motivated staff in all departments. Training PAY!!! Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as the organization's representative in all activities connected with the sale of vehicles and related products and services to our customers. - Ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client relationships and contributing to the dealership's sales targets. - Treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous and helpful manner and strive for complete customer satisfaction at all times. - Promptly follow-up with customers and fully answer their questions or address their concerns, seek assistance if necessary or appropriate. - Execute our sales process with each customer. - Excellent communication skills are required. - Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities. - Ability to adapt and support new processes and changes to help with employee and customer satisfaction. - Punctual and regular attendance. Requirements: - This candidate needs to be available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. - Previous Automotive Sales Experience a plus, but not required. - Fluent in English and Spanish a plus, but not required. - All candidates must pass a background check. - All candidates must have a valid driver's license.
