What You'll Do

:

• Learn the fundamentals of face-to-face marketing and direct sales
• Represent national clients (like AT&T and Primo Water) inside big-box retail stores
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through service options
• Assist with promotional events, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to develop leadership skills What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a strong student mentality
• Ability to work in-person in a high-traffic retail environment
• Motivated to grow into leadership and management roles Job Details:
• Pay Structure: Weekly guaranteed base pay ($500-$1,200/week) + uncapped commission
