Great Company in the Ontario is seeking a Outbound Sales Representative to join their team! Outbound Sales Representative Location: Ontario, CA

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Monday -Friday
• Pay Rate: $20/Hr. to $25/Hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities

:

• Contact established customers according to a coordinated call schedule to place and confirm orders
• Process customer orders accurately using internal order?entry systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and overseas clients
• Answer questions regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines
• Communicate effectively with internal departments including warehouse, logistics, and accounting
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Oral & Written)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum six months telesales/outbound calling experience
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
• Sales and goal oriented
• Professional & Self Motivated
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
