Overview W e are a Land Rover dealership in Broomfield, CO. We are aggressively growing and looking for strong people to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and automobiles, with a drive to excel in a fast-paced dealership environment. Duties - Manage and maintain inventory control of vehicles - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries - Work within the dealership setting to meet sales targets - Utilize sales management techniques to drive revenue growth - Manage the sales pipeline efficiently to close deals successfully - Engage in cold calling activities to expand the customer base - Oversee inventory management to ensure availability and presentation of vehicles Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a dealership setting - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in outbound sales techniques and customer relationship management - Knowledge of inventory control and management practices is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Customer service: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Broomfield, CO 80020 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Broomfield, CO 80020: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
