We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Non-Attorney Salesperson to join our Charlotte team. This role focuses on closing sales with qualified leads and converting prospective clients into retained cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales skills, genuine compassion for immigrant families, and a commitment to helping people access the legal representation they need. This position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000 plus commission with significant earning potential. What You'll Do Close sales with qualified leads by explaining immigration services, fees, and legal processes clearly and persuasively. Secure signed retainer agreements and collect initial payments to onboard new clients successfully. Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally to address concerns and overcome objections. Build trust and rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their immigration challenges. Manage CRM and client records accurately, tracking all interactions and maintaining organized sales pipeline. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the firm's growth. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales environments. Strong communication skills in English required, bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Proven track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients. Comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage organized sales processes. Self-motivated with strong work ethic and drive to achieve sales goals.
