As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will work directly on behalf of Frontier Communications, one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. In this role, you will represent Frontier's brand, services, and promotions while serving as the face of the company to prospective customers. The VC Executive Team takes pride in educating consumers about our partner's brand, services, and promotions while creating memorable customer experiences. To excel as an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll need strong interpersonal skills, a clear understanding of the brand you represent, and a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Associate: * Actively generate new customer sales for Frontier Communications internet, phone, and TV services through direct and in-person interactions. * Present and promote Frontier's products, services, and current promotions to prospective customers. * Consistently meet or exceed individual and Entry-Level Sales Associate team sales targets. * Build value by tailoring solutions to customer needs and clearly communicating service benefits. * Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling bundled services. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed knowledge of Frontier's offerings, pricing, and competitive advantages to effectively position the brand in the market. * Represent Frontier Communications with professionalism in all customer engagements, ensuring a positive brand experience. Required Experience and Qualities for an Entry-Level Sales Associate: * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * No prior sales experience required; customer-facing experience is preferred (training provided) * Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a sales environment * Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse customers * Team player with adaptability and a goal-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
