Bridal Stylist (Sales Consultant)-1 year of recent sales experience. Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33403 Compensation: Base hourly pay + monthly sales performance bonuses/commission Must have 1 year of recent retail sales experience. At Molle Bridals, we help brides find their dream gown--but it takes more than just a love for weddings to succeed here. This is a performance sales role where you'll be expected to build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales in an emotional buying process. *WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Deliver an exceptional bridal shopping experience while driving sales * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals * Work with brides through a multi-appointment process to ensure a confident purchase decision * Handle objections and guide hesitant buyers toward their dream dress * Stay upbeat, professional, and resilient--even when dealing with indecisive customers * Follow-up with customers regularly * Assist store manager and owner with marketing, outbound calls and events * Maintain a clean environment daily for customers and team * Process payments, create sales orders, take accurate measurements, maintain customer records and appointment schedules * Answer phones with excellent phone etiquette and upbeat tone * Set appointments for bridal and prom * Assist with all store events * Inventory control * Serve as a brand ambassador * Providing great customer service and resolving customer service issues * Assist receiving manager and store manager with shipping and receiving of merchandise and other store tasks SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Offering part-time based on a 3-day work week and full-time position based on a 4-day work week. Because bridal shopping happens primarily on weekends, weekend availability is non-negotiable.
