AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Foster customer engagements and increase service visibility by interacting with customers to share information about AT&T new promotions and services we offer * Actively promote and sell AT&T's business telecom solutions, building strong rapport and trust with new and existing customers * Confidently addressing any questions related to products and services customers have by being well versed in AT&T product knowledge * Monitor customer accounts to let them know when delivery of service will be; also follow up on product satisfaction * Ensure adherence to customer compliance standards to represent AT&T services professionally at all times * Train cross functionally in all departments to be skilled in all aspects of the business *AT &T Sales Associate Qualifications: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client account manager role is preferred but not required * Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers * A deep understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering a high level of service * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers accounts and tasks efficiently * Proven ability to meet and exceed responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,320.00 - $67,055.00 per year Work Location: In person
