Assistant Manager Responsibilities : * Participate in hands-on training in retail stores, directly engaging with customers and presenting client products/services * Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing * Master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers * Work closely with the management team to learn how to interview, train, and mentor new team members * Gain expertise in lead generation through sales efforts within retail settings * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and dynamic work environment Assistant Manager Qualifications : * High school diploma or GED * Experience in sales, management, account management or customer service is preferred * Strong communication skills: ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries effectively * Problem-solving skills: capacity to navigate challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues on the spot * Consistent professionalism, demonstrating respect and transparency when interacting with both customers and clients * Reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Parental leave * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
