Duties * Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote Harley-Davidson motorcycles and accessories. * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into sales. * Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences. * Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership revenue while satisfying customer expectations. * Upsell accessories, apparel, extended warranties, and service packages to enhance the customer experience and increase sales value. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities and follow-ups. * Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability of popular models and accessories. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile/motorcycle sales with a focus on high-end products. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus). * Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and outbound outreach. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales processes efficiently. * Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory control, retail math calculations, and sales support tasks accurately. * Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations and engage customers confidently in a dealership or retail environment. * Knowledge of automotive or motorcycle industry standards, inventory management practices, and retail math principles. * Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service orientation to create positive interactions at every touchpoint.
