Full description of the position

Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by selling equipment replacement parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers. This role focuses on inbound and outbound sales activities, providing product expertise, preparing quotes, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, parts-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding equipment parts availability, pricing, and compatibility * Proactively generate sales through outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate replacement parts, upgrades, or related products * Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and proposals to close sales opportunities * Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks * Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery * Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs * Stay knowledgeable about product lines, part numbers, technical specifications, and industry trends * Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and warranty claims in a professional manner Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in equipment parts, industrial products, or a related field * Strong phone presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to read parts diagrams, catalogs, or technical documentation (or willingness to learn) * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills & Experience * Experience selling aftermarket or OEM equipment parts * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial components * Background in construction, manufacturing, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base pay and bonus structure * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and product education Work Environment * Office-based role with frequent phone and computer use * Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Occasional interaction with warehouse or operations teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.63 - $26.05 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
