Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic business relationships, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through outside sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, understand the manufacturing landscape, and a talent for building lasting client partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives * Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure performance targets are met * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and strategic partners * Identify new business opportunities and market segments * Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Estimating to ensure accurate quoting and successful project execution * Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements * Represent EPOCS Manufacturing Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings * Ensure sales practices align with company values, policies, and quality standards Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a technical or manufacturing environment * Proven leadership experience managing sales teams * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, fabrication, or similar) * Proficiency in ZOHO or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and data analysis * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building * Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning What We Offer * Competitive salary w/ commission structure * Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options * A collaborative, down-to-earth manufacturing culture Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients!
