Welcome to Panamera Painting! We're a fast-growing residential painting company based in Spokane, and we're on a mission to become the largest privately owned painting company in the nation. We help homeowners protect and transform their homes--and we develop driven people into strong sales professionals. We're hiring a Call Center Sales Support Specialist to join our in-office team. This is a phone-based role focused on confirming appointments, rescheduling cancelled estimates, re-engaging past opportunities, and booking new appointments for our sales team. You'll follow proven scripts, stay on the phone throughout the day, and earn strong bonuses tied directly to results. What We 're Looking For:

• Persuasive, coachable, and confident on the phone
• Comfortable making outbound calls all day
• Follows scripts and processes consistently
• Interested in learning sales and persuasion
