Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and have experience with various sales techniques, including telemarketing and inside sales. You will leverage your negotiation skills and technical knowledge to meet customer needs and contribute to our business development efforts. Responsibilities * Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. * Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products or services. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to business development and lead generation initiatives.
