Overview We are seeking a highly motivated sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance products to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales efforts and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients. * Engage in daily sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services effectively. * Routinely prospect for referral partners and other centers of influence * Promote, market, and sell life, home, auto, and business insurance as a multi-line agent Qualifications * Insurance licenses are not required to interview, but are required before starting * Proven experience in sales or service related fields is preferred, but not required. * Highly coachable and embodies a continuance-improvement mindset * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. * Familiarity with insurance products can be helpful, but coach-ability is a must * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
