Ziglift Material Handling is one of the nation's leading independent warehouse storage solutions companies, with locations in California, Arizona, Indiana, and Texas. We specialize in providing innovative and cost-effective pallet racking systems and warehouse automation solutions to our customers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on selling Ziglift's in-stock inventory, pallet racking, material handling equipment, and other warehouse products, and driving inventory turnover across all locations. The Inside Sales Representative will take ownership of selling all available inventory, finding customers and markets to move product quickly, and proactively pushing aged or slow-moving inventory. This is not a walk-in retail environment, success in this role means being on the phone, email, and online channels every day, building relationships and creating opportunities to sell. This position works closely with Ziglift's marketing team, warehouse leads, and leadership to stay informed on current inventory, plan promotional campaigns, and execute strategies that turn inventory into revenue. This position reports directly to the CRO. Duties & Responsibilities * Inventory Knowledge & Sales Focus o Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ziglift's in-stock pallet racking and material handling inventory. o Sell all available inventory items, focusing on inventory turnaround and revenue growth. o Document new "lot buys" and create marketing strategies to promote them. o Identify and prioritize slow-moving inventory to move quickly. * Collaboration & Campaign Development o Work with marketing to develop targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to highlight available inventory. o Coordinate with warehouse leads at all sites to monitor inventory levels and identify sales priorities. * Customer Engagement & Relationship Building o Actively find new customers and markets to sell inventory. o Make daily outbound calls and emails to generate new opportunities and close deals. o Build strong customer relationships, provide product information, and match solutions to their needs. * Sales Administration & Reporting o Track and report sales activity in CRM or sales tracking system. o Provide feedback to leadership on inventory trends, demand, and opportunities. Qualifications and Skills * Industry Experience (Required): 2+ years of experience in pallet racking systems, warehouse equipment, or material handling solutions. * Proven ability to generate new business through phone, email, and online outreach. * Strong communication skills and ability to develop lasting customer relationships. * Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mentality. * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience preferred. * Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
