We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team! The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people. Capital Ford & Lincoln of Wilmington have been serving the greater Wilmington area for over 20 years. We are part of the Capital Automotive Group. We have a dedicated Ford store on Oleander Dr. which includes a commercial truck/Diesel service center as well as a body shop. Our Black Label Lincoln store on Market St. was awarded President's Award for 2023, and also houses our mobile service division for Ford and Lincoln. Benefits: * Competitive Pay * Health Insurance * PTO & Sick Leave Responsibilities: * Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs * Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager * Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
