Full description of the position

* Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting automotive and aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams. * Promote the client's aluminium and magnesium forging capabilities, highlighting benefits such as weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and performance optimisation. * Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. A successful Sales Representative should have: * Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of relevant sales experience. * Proven track record in sales within metals, forging, or related manufacturing sectors. * Strong understanding of aluminium and magnesium applications in automotive and aerospace. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels. * Ability to travel nationally as required.
