Position is Hybrid with some office time and work from home. Full-service advertising agency is growing and seeking a full time Sr. Account Executive. If the description of responsibilities below are a good fit for you and you have experience, we want to meet you: Client Relationship Management: * Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. * Understanding Client Needs: Gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. * Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicating updates, progress, and results to clients, ensuring transparent and proactive account management. * Issue Resolution: Promptly and efficiently resolving client issues and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction. Strategic Planning and Execution: * Developing and Implementing Strategies: Working with clients to develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising plans. * Overseeing Campaign Execution: Ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and managing timelines and budgets. * Monitoring and Adjusting: Monitoring project progress, making adjustments as needed, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. * Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of agency products and deliverables. Business Development: * Identifying Opportunities: Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and prospecting for new business. * Pitching and Proposal Development: Participating in the development and presentation of pitches and proposals to potential clients. * Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new and existing clients. Prior experience working in automotive advertising is a must. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word) is a must.
