Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities. * Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads. * Engage in upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, utilizing strong public speaking skills. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts. * Maintain inventory control and management practices relevant to the sales process. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in CRM software for effective sales management. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing client communication. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong math skills for retail math applications and inventory management. * Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for outbound sales efforts. * Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is advantageous. * Ability to engage in public speaking and present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
