Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, utilizing strong public speaking skills.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
• Maintain inventory control and management practices relevant to the sales process. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficiency in CRM software for effective sales management.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing client communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong math skills for retail math applications and inventory management.
• Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for outbound sales efforts.
• Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is advantageous.
