Job Description KMG Imports is seeking high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Account Managers to join our expanding sales force. What You 'll Do As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales efforts and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and source new B2B sales opportunities * Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling * Onboard new wholesale accounts and grow existing accounts * Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals * Close sales from inbound leads and outbound cold outreach * Manage your sales pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups to hit monthly targets * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and CRM systems * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions * Maintain ethical, professional relationships aligned with company values * Collaborate with internal sales, order processing, and support teams Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals What We 're Looking For * 1+ year of B2B sales experience required * 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience preferred * Background in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is a strong plus * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups * CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Why Join KMG Imports * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses * Clear growth and advancement opportunities * Supportive, performance-driven team culture * Training and development to help you succeed * Opportunity to build long-term income and career stability.
