ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Client Account Executive will serve as the single point of initial contact for all insurance needs for the client's executive leadership and their various remote locations. This person will be responsible for coordinating all items of insurance needs. This will be the point of spear for claims related questions, status of spend vs. budget, updates around reinsurance/captive activity, and property or workers' compensation issues. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Initial liaison to communicate requests, questions and information on behalf of the executive leadership to those responsible for managing insurance lines including property & casualty, liability, employee benefits, health insurance and health captive. * Research answers for leadership on claims, renewals, reinsurance, Captive and health insurance plans. * Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with executive leadership. * Liaise between executive leadership and insurance agents to answer questions and resolve insurance issues. * Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. * Provide the highest level of professional customer service to executives, employees and vendors. * Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive level management, preferred. * Bachelor's degree or some college preferred. * Experience in healthcare or insurance a plus. * Perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis. * Possess a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. * Ability to manage a large and diverse workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. * Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
