Regional Sales Manager - Agriculture Solutions HELM Crop Solutions Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to support sales operations, customer relationships, and product distribution within a defined geographic region. This role focuses on expanding market share, optimizing logistics, and delivering exceptional service to distributors and growers. This position will involve 40-50% within an assigned region. The company provides a car allowance to cover use of personal automobile required for travel. Key Responsibilities * Manage sales activities through existing distribution channels within the assigned region. * Coordinate purchasing and inventory needs with product management to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient warehouse operations. * Monitor market trends and communicate pricing adjustments internally. * Review daily inventory reports to optimize capacity and reduce demurrage. * Oversee barge and rail fleet positions to ensure maximum operational efficiency. * Identify new distribution opportunities and present strategic recommendations to management. * Maintain contracts and supporting documents on a routine basis. * Provide accurate sales and profitability forecasts as requested. * Ensure trucking and logistics needs are handled effectively. * Address and resolve product quality concerns in collaboration with product management. * Grow the customer base and increase market share within the region. * Maintain activity records in Salesforce. * Represent HELM at industry conferences and trade events. * Travel throughout the assigned region to support and grow customer relationships.
