We're hiring a Customer Service & Inside Sales Rep who can confidently handle client communication, quote and schedule jobs, and help drive our business forward -- all while keeping things friendly, professional, and efficient. This role is a blend of customer service and sales, with commission opportunities tied directly to your performance. Commission & Pay: In addition to your base hourly pay, you'll earn 3% commission on everything you sell -- including mowing, fertilization and weed control, monthly bed maintenance, and landscaping services. Top customer service reps average $1,100 per week by consistently following up, quoting accurately, and closing sales with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

:

• Answer phones, respond to voicemails, texts, and emails
• Enter and update lead and customer information in our CRM
• Provide phone quotes for mowing, fertilization/weed control, and monthly bed maintenance
• Follow up with leads from CallRail and schedule site visits or jobsWrite up estimates for our landscape estimators
• Schedule approved jobs and keep the calendar running smoothly
• Build rapport with clients, answer questions, and explain our services clearly
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive outcome
• Support the sales team with tracking, follow-through, and customer updates What Success Looks Like:
