Licensed Insurance Agent -- Development Role (Full-Time, In-Office) Salary: $700 per week + Performance Bonuses Monthly Earning Potential: $3,000-$5,000+ Career Path to $10,000 -$15,000/month (Commission-Only Role) Location: Ontario, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM About Us Refuge Memorial is a fast-growing pre-need funeral planning agency operating in 20+ states. We modernize an old-school industry with proven systems, strong marketing support, and a mission-driven approach that truly helps families prepare for the future. We are hiring a full-time Licensed Insurance Agent for a development position in our Ontario, CA office. This role is structured to train and prepare agents to eventually grow into our high-earning commission-only program. Job Summary This is a development position , not just a regular sales job. While on salary, you will receive hands-on training, learn our full sales system, work company-generated leads, and get prepared for advancement. Agents who achieve consistent performance will graduate into our virtual commission-only role , where income potential increases significantly. All leads are provided--no cold calling. Compensation & Career Growth * $700 per week guaranteed salary during development * Performance bonuses , bringing total monthly earnings to $3,000 -$5,000+ * Paid training included * Monday-Friday schedule (9 AM-5 PM), no weekends * Strong daily coaching, structured systems, and leadership support * Career Path: * Phase 1: In-Office Development Agent (Salary + Bonus) * Phase 2: Virtual Commission-Only Agent ($10,000 -$15,000+ per month) * Phase 3: Optional leadership and team-building opportunities Responsibilities * Meet with families and explain pre-need planning programs * Follow company scripts and structured systems * Use warm leads provided by the marketing team * Track and maintain daily KPIs * Provide excellent customer service and follow-up * Represent Refuge Memorial with integrity, care, and professionalism Requirements * Active Life Insurance License (required) * Must work in-person at our Ontario, CA office * Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Coachable, driven, and aligned with long-term growth * Ability to follow a proven sales process * Sales experience is a plus but not required How to Apply Submit your resume.
